1. Scope of Policy

2. General Rule: All Sales are Final

Because our courses and training programs consist of digital content that is accessible immediately upon payment, all sales are considered final once access is granted. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

3. Cooling-Off Period (Limited Refund Option)

  • Once course access has been granted, regardless of usage.
  • Discounted, promotional, or scholarship-based purchases marked as non-refundable.
  • Live training sessions already attended.
  • Completed mentorship programs.
  • Subscription fees already billed (though future billing can be canceled).

6. Refund Process

  2. Provide your full name, email address, order number, and proof of payment.
  3. WTI will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  4. Verification of eligibility will be conducted.
  5. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting WTI will be considered a breach of this Refund Policy.
  • Any chargeback attempts deemed fraudulent will result in account suspension, denial of future access, and possible legal action.

8. Course Transfers & Substitutions

While refunds are limited, WTI may, at its discretion, allow:

  • Course substitution (enroll in another program of equal or lesser value).
  • Credit transfer toward future courses.

9. Exceptions for Special Circumstances

WTI reserves the right to grant refunds, full or partial, in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Proven medical emergencies preventing participation.
